Ty Gammiere has served as Operations Manager at Marine Street Financial since 2021, playing a key role in the firm's day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for clients and advisors alike. He works closely with leadership to oversee internal systems, workflows, and administrative processes that let the team stay focused on delivering high-quality financial guidance.

Prior to Marine Street, Ty spent more than five years at Telos Capital Management, supporting client service, business development, marketing initiatives, and technology and CRM transitions — experience that, combined with earlier roles at The Corky McMillin Companies, Scripps Health, and Emerald Textiles, gives him a broad, cross-functional perspective on operations and finance.

Ty earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Whittier College, where he competed on the NCAA Division III Track & Field team, and later completed an Executive Financial Planner Advanced Certificate from San Diego State University.

Known for his organization, reliability, and collaborative approach, Ty provides steady structure and support to the Marine Street team. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and rock climbing, and lives in San Marcos, California, with his wife.
